"My name is Phakamile. I was born with HIV. As a young person, I struggled with pill fatigue, stigma, and a lack of family support. Eventually, I stopped taking my ARVs and became sick with TB.

Today, my story reminds us that no one should face HIV alone.

💙 Support groups give hope.
💙 Adherence clubs help us stay on treatment.
💙 Youth camps create friendships and confidence.
💙 Youth-friendly services help young people feel understood.

If you are living with HIV, please stay on treatment and ask for support when you need it. Your life matters.
