Lesson number four of the School Holiday Program reminded us about the importance of working together, and in rhythm with eachother.
Led by who is the founder of Bele's Productions.

The session was not only fun but it also focused on learning about indegenous music instruments and the upcycling of materials used to make the instruments.

Lesson number three of the Sgangala School Holiday Program focused on Nutrition and Healthy Living.

This session taught us all about herbs, their benefits and allowed us to demonstrate our "Seed to Plate" mantra with assistance from the Food Resilience Unit, the "Dough-notors" from and harvest from the garden.

Learners were excited to have the opportunity to harvest ingredients from the garden to make our pizza topping, which included spinach, sweet potatoe leaves, chilli, peppers, wild garlic and tomatoes
