🎉 CELEBRATING 70 YEARS OF LIFE — CELEBRATING BROTHERHOOD 🎉

At PUBS, we are more than just a support structure that comes together in times of loss. We are building a brotherhood that stands together through every season of life. 🤝🏾

Recently, one of our own, Motswala, celebrated the incredible milestone of turning 70 years old. 🎂🎊

The brothers, Abo Baba be PUBS, came together to show their love and appreciation by contributing towards a special gift, which was presented to him during our meeting.

Moments like these remind us that brotherhood is not only about being there when we mourn, but also being there when we celebrate, honour and uplift one another while we are still here. ❤️

To Motswala, we wish you continued blessings, good health, strength and many more years ahead. May you continue to be surrounded by people who appreciate and celebrate you.

What a beautiful day of celebrating tradition, culture and togetherness! ❤️

Although the weather was not on our side, our amazing members did not let the conditions dampen their spirit. They showed up, embraced the theme and truly pulled it off! 👏🏾🔥

A very special thank you to our host for opening your home and creating a welcoming space for us to come together. Your hospitality and support are sincerely appreciated. 🙏🏾

We would also like to extend our gratitude to our leadership team for guiding and facilitating a productive Special General Meeting, where important constitutional matters were discussed and addressed. Your commitment, leadership and dedication to the organisation are valued. 👏🏾

And, of course, a huge THANK YOU to all our members who participated and made the day special. Your commitment, unity and willingness to celebrate our traditions are what make our organisation strong. ❤️🙌🏾

Abo Baba be PUBS warmly invites everyone to join us for a morning hike at the beautiful Rietvlei Nature Reserve.

Whether you're an experienced hiker or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, connect with nature, and meet great people, this is for you!

Some Sundays remind us why we do what we do.

Today's PUBS General Meeting was more than just another gathering—it was a moment to pause, reconnect, and appreciate one another after two incredibly demanding months. Our teams have served tirelessly, supporting family after family through difficult times, with some days requiring us to attending to two funerals in a single day.

Today felt like a well-earned moment of rest.

A special thank you to our amazing host, Mr. Twala aka "Super". Now I truly understand why everyone calls you that! Your warmth, hospitality, and generosity made us feel right at home.

To every PUBS member, thank you for your unwavering commitment to serving with dignity, compassion, and unity. Days like today remind us that while our work is often heavy, our fellowship gives us the strength to keep going.

Here's to many more moments of unity, laughter, and renewed purpose.

Today was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and beautiful memories!

A heartfelt thank you to Sanlam Foundation Leruo Stokvel for hosting us and for the wonderful hospitality shown throughout the day. We truly appreciated the professional photoshoot, the delicious catering, and the warm welcome extended to everyone.
