SAE was initiated by Mr T T Serithi through a whatsapp chat on 05/11/2014. This further resulted in the formation of a page where entrepreneurs can interact and share their skills, knowledge and expertise. The original whatsapp chat group has subsequently divided interaction and collaboration into provincial chat groups which are spreading across the nation with multiple entrepreneurs sha
ring and participating. It encompasses all 9 provinces with 9 chat groups, each with its own group administrator referred to as Provincial Coordinators (PC) and their subsidiaries. At this stage, the initiative is being formalised into a Non-Profit Organization. While the need grew for this initiative in a more than online mode, members were in agreement that a National Board together with a National Executive Committee in the Non-Profit Organization (to deal with day to day activities and administration) be established. TT Serithi was appointed as the National Chairperson of the Executive Committee which automatically makes him the chairperson of the National Board. Along with this, additional subsidiaries to guide and formalise the process of constitutionalising a Non-Profit Organisation (NPO) were elected from the membership at the time. These two entities now form the governing bodies of the NPO.
