Hope and Light Community Welfare NPC An NPO founded in 2004. Based in Somerset West, Cape Town. We serve communities through an ECD, Children's Village & School (Gr R-matric).

We support 500 children with quality education, nutrition, trauma support, residential care & life skills training.

This is a significant achievement and a testament to the hard work, dedication and love of reading shown by our learners and educators throughout the competition.

Reading is one of the most valuable skills a child can develop. It builds confidence, strengthens communication, improves academic performance across all subjects and opens doors to a world of knowledge and opportunity. Encouraging a love of reading today helps equip learners for success tomorrow.๐ŸŒ

Last week our Grade R learners enjoyed a visit to the Helderberg Society for the Aged (HSFA). The children delighted residents with a heartwarming performance and presented handmade bookmarks as gifts.
