Mental health is a priority at POPUP Western Cape!

We recently hosted a powerful and informative session with the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (SADAG). As South Africa’s largest mental health support network, SADAG provides vital services including free crisis counseling and su***de prevention.

We are so grateful that our learners had the opportunity to discuss some hard topics in a safe space. Focusing on growth and healing is at the heart of what we do.
