Thabong Multipurpose Organisation -an educational, economic, spiritual and social upliftment organisation. Semonkong, the place of smoke, is the best camptown in Lesotho.

Thabong Multipurpose Organisation (TMO®) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) registered in Lesotho. TMO operates in Semonkong Lesotho where it is running a number of activities and projects in an attempt to help curb the scourge of poverty lines to the lives of the people of Semonkong and its surrounding villages. TMO focuses on HIV/AIDS status awareness and life skills trainings, orphans and

vulnerable children especially the child-headed families, teaches the community income-generating activities, protects the rights of women and children and as well supporting eco-friendly environment initiatives. It is home to the beautiful, the 192m Maletsunyane Waterfall. It is only 120km from Maseru, the capital city of Lesotho with a very nice dirt road that will soon be paved all the way to Qacha’s Nek through to Durban. Semonkong is 2,300m above sea level. The organization exists to glorify God and to teach the community of Semonkong Christ-like principles.
