We are a social club for over 50's who enjoy getting together for meals, events, outings.

SAARP’s mission is to do its utmost to assist senior citizens without trying to accumulate profits to the benefit of any individual. SAARP believes that senior citizens are entitled to a secure and rewarding existence in

line with the highest moral principles of mankind. We work with vigour to enrich lives, raise self-esteem and influence society to support these ideals. The Sedgefield Branch of SAARP is one of many social clubs across South Africa which has a membership fee of R50 per year which enables us to function as a club providing regular newsletters, events, meetings and on occasion we are able to subsidise some events to our members. Reminder, our August BINGO is tomorrow Tuesday 11th, 2pm at Legends Sports Bar. Everyone welcome, bring your friends.

I will also take names for our later August event MUSIC BINGO with Laki and his team on Thursday 21st August also at Legends Sports Bar 5pm .R50 to play, normal menu available. So easy to play, you don't need to know your music because someone will tell us the answer, if the song title is on your card you cross it off like normal bingo. When you get a line or a full house you shout out BINGO!! and wave your card in the air....simple. You can also book your seat with me on whatsapp 079 905 0177

A reminder that Bingo has been postponed to Tuesday 11th for August due to my need for a vacation with family.
My list for the Music Bingo for 21st has begun so you just need to drop me a whatsapp if you are coming. We need to know numbers so Laki and his team can prepare the sheets.

Tomorrow , First Tuesday of the month, is BINGO at Legends Sports Bar. Come one come all. Last chancce to get your names on the list and pay for your Christmas in July Lunch at Montecello on 16th. Check your newsletters for the details and remember, no payment, no seat. We have some superb raffle prizes, including vouchers from Spar and Clicks, also wines, biscuits, chocolates.

Just a reminder that if all is well on power then Canasta will go ahead on Tuesday 19th May. 2pm at Legends Sports Bar
Please if you are interested in joining the group and not currently on Lesley's whatsapp group then please send her a message with your name to 083 573 9100 so she can add you and keep you informed.

Also, The Casino trip to Mossel Bay is confirmed for Thursday 25th June and the coach price is R250 per person. There is room for 2 more people to join.
Remember the Casino itself is free entry and there is a bistro on site with reasonable prices as well as the main restaurant.
Lesley is also organising this one so please contact her on the number above to join the trip.

Also I will be taking monies for the Breakfast to be held on 21st May.

Last Wednesday to find me at Daily Grind Cafe for renewals and new members, 2 til 4pm today. Also a chance to book and pay for the Breakfast on Thursday 21st May. Check your newsletters for all the details. After this I will be as usual available at home by whatsapp 079 905 0177 to make an appointment. for memberships I need R50 per person and your ID.
Why not pop in and join me this afternoon, come and have a chat. The coffee is delicious.

Membership renewal is now well overdue, our year starts 1st March.
