🏁 COMMUNITY UPDATE | RED BULL BOX CART RACE

04 October 2026

Sandton CPF members were deployed at today’s Red Bull Box Cart Race alongside law enforcement, medical and fire services, and other municipal departments.

Our members patrolled throughout the event, monitoring for hazards or suspicious activity that could impact community safety. We also assisted with a couple of minor medical incidents during the day.

It was great to see the fantastic crowds supporting the participants and the creativity, talent and effort that went into building some truly awesome carts!

Thank you to everyone involved in making it an enjoyable and safe event for our community.
