Sandton MAD Youth We are youth Making A Difference (MAD) for Christ. We believe that as Christians, we are a body in Christ, united for one purpose.

We also believe that through our different gifts and abilities, if we bring to the centre that which we have been entrusted with, God will multiply our resources so that His work can be completed throughout the world.

🎬🍿 YOUTH MOVIE NIGHT — FAM, WE NEED YOU THERE! 🍿🎬

Fam, this week we’re getting together for our Youth Movie Night and we genuinely want to encourage everyone to come through, we’re peeping the numbers and it’s not looking so good 👀

We know your bed has already booked you for Saturday. Your Netflix account is probably expecting you. Your blanket has plans. 😭😂 But please — leave the house and come fellowship with us! 😂

This isn’t just another event on the calendar. Movie Night is the START of our summer season of youth events! ☀️🔥 We’ve got more social events, outdoor activities, fellowship opportunities and good times planned — but we need to start strong.

More importantly, we want to build a youth community where we actually know each other, make friends, have conversations, laugh together and create memories beyond simply saying “Happy Sabbath” before disappearing. 😂

And yes — this is also a fundraiser towards the events coming up. 🙏🏾 So your R150 isn’t just getting you a mystery movie and popcorn 😂 — you’re helping us create and fund the experiences we want to have together this summer.

We also genuinely want to make sure you get value for your money. A full meal, popcorn, a surprise movie, good company and a proper evening together. 🤌🏾🔥

So please, don’t wait to ask “Who else is going?”

In light of the recent losses within our community, this Friday Night Live will be dedicated to prayer. We’ll gather to pray for comfort, strength, healing and peace for the bereaved families. 🙏🏽

There are moments when words aren’t enough, but we know the One who hears every prayer. 🕊️

As Sandton MAD Youth, we stand united against femicide, gender-based violence, abuse, victimisation and all forms of harm. We choose to be a voice for the voiceless, to protect the vulnerable, and to stand alongside those affected by violence. 🫂🕊️

May we continue to pray for justice, speak up with courage, and build a community where everyone can come to the foot of the Cross without fear. 🙏🏽✝️
