The gradual transformation of South Africa’s workplace over the past three decades has brought numerous challenges forward including high staff turnover in roles occupied by Black managers and also limited career progression to executive level.

In light of the historically skewed labor patterns of our country, we will discuss the reality that African Black Managers seemingly do not trust corporate South Africa with their career progression.
