NOTICE

CONSULAR CAMP/OPEN HOUSE
As part of its ongoing community outreach the Consulate General of India (CGI), Johannesburg will hold a Consular Camp/Open House during INDIA DAY at the Sandown High School, Sandton, Gauteng Province on August 23, 2025 (Saturday, 1030 hrs. - 1600 hrs.).

2. During the camp/open house following services will be provided:

I. Reissue of Indian Passports
ii.Birth Registration, Birth Certificate
iii.Police Clearance Certificate, Power of Attorney
iv.Endorsement letter of Indian Driving Licence
v.Attestation Service
vi. Renunciation of Indian Citizenship, No Objection Certificate (NOC)
vii.Marriage certificates, one and same certificate and Visa enquiry, etc.

3. The Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) will also be briefed about the procedures and documents required to obtain OCI.

4. The applicants are requested to apply online for Passport(https://embassy.Passportindia.gov.in), PCC (https://www.vfsglobal.com/one-pager/India/SouthAfrica/consular-services/), OCI(https://www.cgijoburg.gov.in/oci-related.php), VISA(https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/evisa/tvoa.html-for e-visa and https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/visa/index.html for regular visa), Child Birth Registration https://www.cgijoburg.gov.in/child-birth-registration.php), Emergency Certificate (https://www.cgijoburg.gov.in/emergency-travel-document.php)
5. Please visit the camp along with application and all the supporting documents. The applicants may deposit fee in respect of Passport/PCC through EFT/card at the Camp itself. For Miscellaneous Services, the payment can be made online (via EFT) and bring proof of payment along with the application at the camp. Going by the vibes, energy and enthusiasm, hope you all had a great time at yesterday's WEL Women's Day Event.

A special thank you to our guests Mr Mahesh Kumar, Ms Sumati Rao, Mr Sethi and Shri Kiritbhai Guruji – for joining us and inspiring us.

Congratulations once again to Vidhu and the Redhill team. It was heartwarming to see the love and affection they received at the felicitation ceremony.

We all know how difficult it is to organise events in such a short time. From ideation, planning, preparation and ex*****on which includes finding venue, deciding menu, flyer designing, cake preparation, buying gifts, preparing and maintaining excel sheets, planning for entertainment, photography, anchoring and managing the stage, coordinating with restaurant and the actual event day preparation. We all know how much effort and leg work is involved!
