Bon Voyage to Almero from

He is on his way to the next adventure at Everest Base Camp Trek.

Almero You’re about to walk in the footsteps of legends, breathe that crisp mountain air, and prove to yourself (again) that you’re capable of way more than you think. It’s going to be tough, YES.... but every step is a story, every view is a reward, and that final arrival? Pure magic.

Go make the mountain proud and don’t forget, we'll be here expecting photos that make us wildly jealous 😄

When the community calls, Round Table answers. 🐾

Round Table Sandown 150 is proud to have donated over 300kg of dog food to Kempton Park SPCA — supporting the incredible work they do in caring for animals in need.

This is what we’re about: stepping up, giving back, and making a real difference where it matters most.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this possible. Together, we continue to serve our community — one act of kindness at a time.

All eggs collected will go to local charities and schools in the Randburg area, helping make Easter special for kids who need it most.

What a privilege to have hosted the Gauteng Area AGM and Gala Dinner this past weekend. We proud to have been part of bringing together such an incredible group of people for a day of reflection and collaboration, followed by an evening of celebration and the handing over of the baton to the next Executive Committee.

Looking forward to the journey ahead under the new leadership.

Another successful project completed by the gents from Round Table Sandown 150. 🥳

Over the past couple of months we reached out to friends, family and colleagues to go though their cupboards and donate what they don't use anymore.

Today we dropped off about 30 bags and a couple of boxes full of clothes, shoes, stationary, linen and more at .

We know the donated items will reach the people in need though OSAOK. They help so many people on the streets who don't have anything.

These two legends have traded in sleep-ins and social lives for blistered feet, anti-chafe cream, and something called electrolyte gels 🤢.

They now:

Say things like “this is just a recovery 30K” with a straight face 😐

Own more running shoes than actual shoes 👟👟👟

Think a fun weekend involves 8 hours of sweating in a forest 🏞️

Get excited about bananas at aid stations 🍌👏
