ZAKHENI TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT CENTRE | HEALTH & WELLNESS AWARENESS CAMPAIGN
Circle of support foundation was invited to attend the landmark initiative that empowered Boitekong community with vital knowledge, comprehensive services, and unwavering support for a healthier, brighter future. Under the inspiring theme _“Your Health, Your Future!”_ the campaign delivered an extensive array of health screenings and psychosocial services—including HIV testing, TB and STI screening, family planning, PrEP referrals, BP and diabetes testing, and VMMC referrals while fostering awareness on critical social issues such as health education, gender-based violence, peer pressure, bullying, teenage pregnancy, unemployment, and substance abuse led by The Last Hope Initiative Guest speaker "ALOSTRO " with a lived Experience and motivational word.
This extraordinary success was made possible through the collaborative effort of key stakeholders and partners including Beyond the Change Foundation, Khulisa Social Solutions, The Last Hope Initiative, Boitekong Clinic, PYRAMID Group Funerals, Aurum Institute, Peeletso Sechabeng, Rustenburg IEC, Department of Social Development, Kitso-Ke-Lesedi Social Development, Circle of Support, and other dedicated organisations, whose commitment to community development and health empowerment drove the impactful outcomes of the campaign at Boitekong RCC on 14 May 2026.
The initiative stands as a shining example of collective action, inspiring individuals to "be informed, be empowered, and be the change" for a healthier, safer, and stronger.
