INVITATION TO ATTEND A CRUCIAL COUNCIL MEETING
Dear Council Member / Family Representative
You are hereby invited to attend a very crucial Council meeting scheduled as follows:
Date: 22 November 2025
Venue: Mabitse Primary School, Rustenburg
Time: 10 am
This meeting is convened following the failed Council meeting originally scheduled for 15 November 2025, which did not achieve the required quorum.
In terms of Clause 19.7 of the Constitution of the Schaapkraal Communal Property Association:
"A quorum shall be formed by the presence of more than fifty percent (50%) of all members, but in the event of there not being a quorum the meeting shall reconvene within a month with a ten (10) day written notice. The members who are present in the meeting shall constitute a quorum"
Your presence is mandatory as critical matters affecting the Association, including land management, financial oversight, and community development objectives, will be discussed. Failure to attend may impact decision-making and the lawful ex*****on of the Association’s mandate.
NB: All Families must ensure that all their family representatives are present in the meeting.
Please confirm your attendance with the Acting Secretary no later than 20 November 2025
