Our Leader, Dr Koketso Rakhudu has been invited to the Republic of Singapore Global Leadership Programme 2026.

Our Leader, Dr Koketso Rakhudu will be attending a Republic of Singapore Global Leadership Programme starting with orientation on the 21st of October 2026 before his official departure to Singapore for 3 days Global event where our Leader, Dr Koketso Rakhudu will deliver a presentation on Day 02.

The orientation session, scheduled for 21 October 2026 from 09h00 to 16h00 in Sandton, Gauteng (By Invite Only), will convene under the themes of Cultivating Global Leaders, Fostering Collaboration and Empowering Communities. Dr Rakhudu will attend as Research Associate and Community Leader, representing the Office of Kgosana Dr Koketso Rakhudu – Impact Investment, ESG & Sustainability Pillars, on a global platform dedicated to leadership excellence and sustainable community transformation.

Leadership in Action: Delivering on Our Mandate

The Office of Kgosana Dr Koketso Rakhudu convened a strategic reflection on leadership and delivery. In his address, Kgosana Rakhudu reaffirmed a core principle of the administration: Leadership is measured by delivery, even in the midst of challenges. He reminded all entity leaders and office bearers that we have been entrusted to lead our community and to steward the institutions we have established — with a clear responsibility to ensure implementation.

This pause from daily operations was intentional, to reflect, realign and strengthen our commitment to people-centred leadership, sustainable development, and impactful service delivery under our Impact Investment, ESG & Sustainability Pillars.

Leadership for Health Justice in Action! ✊🏾2026 Health Sectoral Parliament this Friday in Khuma, Matlosana.

Our Leader, Dr Koketso Rakhudu, in his capacity as Private Sector Deputy Chairperson of the North West Provincial Council on AIDS, will take part in the 2026 Health Sectoral Parliament hosted by the Deputy Speaker of the North West Provincial Legislature, Hon. C. Maine, on Friday, 16 October 2026 at 10H00, Khuma Transnet Hall, Matlosana — convened under the theme
"Together We Rise: 1.1 Million Strong, United to End TB".

This engagement also forms part of the implementation strategy for the recently launched Tsitsing - Kgotla Ya Rakhudu Bophelo Botsogo Boitekanelo Health Framework, aimed at tackling the social determinants of health and accelerating HIV and TB prevention, treatment and care towards the 95-95-95 targets.

Our Leader, Dr Koketso Rakhudu has officially accepted an invitation from Prof Thuli Madonsela, Former South African Public Protector and Law Trust Chair in Social Justice, who holds the Research Chair and directs the Centre for Social Justice at Stellenbosch University, to participate in the 8th Social Justice Summit 2026 at Stellenbosch University, Cape Town on 12-13 October 2026, under the theme: _The District Development / Inter-governmental Relations as Catalyst for Achieving the SDGs & Social Justice._

With 11 Years of Service as a young person in Traditional Leadership, Dr Rakhudu will participate in his capacity as Research Associate at Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU) and as Deputy Chairperson of the BAMMISHO [Bafokeng Health & Demographic Surveillance System] Steering Committee — the seventh and newest research node of the South African Population Research Infrastructure Network (SAPRIN).

He will present Tsitsing – Kgotla Ya Rakhudu as a living model of how traditional leadership can drive social justice, health equity and research excellence, fully aligned with Plan 2035 of the Royal Bafokeng Nation.

The Office of Kgosana Dr Koketso Rakhudu is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Themba Maluleke as Lead: Vision 2035 – Architectural Design, Spatial Planning & Built Environment Integration, who will report directly to Kgosana Dr Koketso Rakhudu. This strategic appointment under the Tsitsing Vision 2035 programme is mandated to translate community priorities and development intelligence into spatial plans, architectural concepts and built environment responses that support the long-term development vision of Tsitsing.

He will lead Master Planning & Spatial Design, Architectural Design & Concept Development, Built Environment Integration, Infrastructure & Human Settlements Planning, and Technical Design Support, advancing the Tsitsing Vision 2035 pillars of People – Thriving Communities, Places – Sustainable Spaces, and Prosperity – Opportunity for Generations.
