1 DAY TO GO! 🩷🔥
We have a special pledge that we’ll be taking together at the Rise Above Self-Defense Empowerment Event this Saturday. ✊🏾
Take a moment to read through it, learn it and make it your own, because on Saturday, we’ll say these words together as one.
A pledge to rise above bullying, choose kindness and respect, stand up for others, and help create a world where everyone feels safe, valued and empowered. 🩷

Learn the pledge. Own the message. Let’s rise above together.

🥋 SELF-DEFENSE IS POWER. CONFIDENCE. COURAGE.
Self-defense is about so much more than knowing how to protect yourself physically. It teaches children to believe in themselves, set boundaries, speak up, stay aware and respond with confidence. 💪🏾
When it comes to bullying, we want our children to know that their voice matters, their boundaries matter, and they deserve to feel safe. ❤️

Teaching a child self-defense isn’t teaching them to fight, it’s teaching them to be prepared, confident and empowered.
Let’s raise children who know how to say NO, walk away from unsafe situations, ask for help and rise above bullying. ✊🏾
Strong today. Safe tomorrow. Empowered for life.

🩷 EPISODE 4 | CHOOSE KINDNESS 🩷

The words we choose have the power to heal, uplift, and inspire.
A simple compliment.
A kind reminder.
A few encouraging words.
They may seem small to you, but they could mean everything to someone else.

Today, let’s choose words that build confidence instead of breaking it. Let’s be the reason someone smiles.

Because Words Matter. 🩷

15/07/2026

I’ve experienced hurtful comments and even seen false rumours about me spread online. It reminded me that words typed behind a screen can hurt just as much as words spoken face-to-face.

That’s why this conversation means so much to me. As young people, let’s choose kindness over cruelty and encouragement over judgement.
Before you type, ask yourself:
Would I say this if they were standing in front of me? 🩷

Choose kindness. Choose empathy. Choose to Rise Above.
