Describe the general experience of stakeholders
General experience of stakeholders regarding the Life Matters Foundation event. Stakeholder is individuals, group of organisation that hold a special interest in an event including its operation and success. Stakeholders are a critical pillar in the success of any event. Stakeholders will influence or be plagued by organization’s actions, policies and objectives. Some samples of key stakeholders are creditors, government, directors, employees and its agencies and other stakeholders such as union, suppliers and community .the stakeholders has a positive overall experience because are a crucial part of success of an event and the certain benefits accrue from the inclusion of certain stakeholders in an event.
Community stakeholders are the most supporters of this foundation by providing raising campaign regarding the violence abuse around the school and the community as whole. This awareness campaign made a huge different by spreading the messages of prevent children abuse and helped the abused one by offering them a counselling from the visitor that was taking a part on the event regarding the abuse. The counselled children were very happy and others were felled loved by seeing the people from the Departments that were involved on this event and children were thrilled.
This event made the parents to take part on the preventing abuse and get encourage and have faith how they should support and give their children more support and monitor them all the time. We like to give praise to whose were Monitoring ,advocating and donating behalf of children, we thank everyone on the community who have to played a huge role in preventing child abuse such as the welfare advocating from public agencies department that was joined the event together with Illinois department of children. This welfare advocating made most kids found being welcome and caring from the support they got from them and this event helped to reduce physical, sexual and emotion abuse from the school and the community.
