PEACE HOUSE, SEPARATELY REGISTRED NPC , WORKING INDEPENDENTLY FROM MOTHER HOSITA'S HAVEN CENTRE, IS A HOLISTIC PROVIDER OF IN-HOME BASED CARE. SOME OF OUR TAILORED SERVICES OFFERED ARE:

a) Companion Care for Seniors in need of daily assistance
b) Daily Planned nutritional management with family and patient. c) Individualized care, for those with Dementia, Parkinson's, and
Alzheimer'

s. d) Palliative and Frail Care for those with terminal illnesses. e) We provide food parcels to the destitute and re-unification when
