Holi is a time for Colour, Community & Celebration!
The rain certainly didn’t dampen our community spirit as we gathered to celebrate the joyous festival of Holi at the Westrand Ashram Cultural Centre. What a wonderful turnout! Pt Bikash Mishra kept the energy high with lively Holi games and exciting prizes, while our sponsored stalls served up delicious treats and warming chai, adding to the festive atmosphere. Holi reminds us of the triumph of good over evil, inspired by the story of Prahlad and Holika, and celebrates love, renewal and the playful spirit of Lord Krishna. It is a time to set aside differences, come together in joy, and strengthen the bonds of community.
Through every splash of colour and shared smile, the true spirit of Holi was alive and vibrant among us.
