June - Myasthenia Gravis Awareness Month is observed every June. This month focuses on raising awareness about myasthenia gravis, a rare autoimmune disease that affects the muscles and nerves. Activities include sharing information about the condition, supporting affected people and their families, and promoting research to improve treatment options. June is a time for the Myasthenia Gravis (MG) community to come together and advocate for understanding and support for those affected by myasthenia gravis.

The Biobank at the University of the North West is inviting individuals with rare congenital conditions (MD) to participate in an important research initiative.
By consenting to be contacted, you can help advance research aimed at improving diagnosis, treatment, care, and quality of life for people living with rare conditions. Your participation may involve providing medical samples and health information, all of which will be handled confidentially and used only for approved research purposes.
Every contribution helps researchers better understand rare conditions and brings us closer to future breakthroughs.
