Childhood Cancer is a Lions Pillar of Service - early diagnosis matters!
Please support CHOC because
TOGETHER, we can keep more than hope alive!
A brain tumour does not always begin with obvious signs.
Sometimes it starts with headaches that won't go away.
Ongoing tiredness.
Changes in vision.
Balance difficulties.
Or symptoms that can easily be mistaken for something else.
On , we raise awareness of the signs and symptoms that should never be ignored.
Early recognition and timely diagnosis can help children access the care and treatment they need as soon as possible.
At CHOC, we walk alongside children and teenagers diagnosed with cancer and life-threatening blood disorders, and their families, throughout their journey. From accommodation near treatment centres and transport assistance to psychosocial support and practical care, we help ensure that no family faces childhood cancer alone.
Awareness leads to action.
Early diagnosis matters.
Support makes a difference.
Together, we keep more than hope alive.
