Spurgeon’s Catechism-Question 1
Q. What is the chief end of man?
A. Man’s chief end is to glorify God, and to enjoy Him forever.
1 Corinthians 10:31 - “So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.”
Psalm 73:25-26 - “Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you... God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
Romans 11:36 - “For from him and through him and to him are all things. To him be glory forever.
Amen.”
