Today, we celebrate the 20,000 courageous women who, 70 years ago, stood together to fight for the rights and opportunities of women. Their courage helped create the opportunities women like me have today.

As the Founder of MoTsha Change in Motion, I believe in paying it forward by investing in the growth and development of young people.

When we give, we all gain. Meaningful progress happens when we share opportunities, mentor, open doors and lift as we rise.

The women who fought for us created a legacy. Now it’s our turn to create opportunities for the next generation.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY
Motsha – After School Support Programme

Motsha is inviting applications from motivated young people between the ages of 19 and 22 years residing in Ratanda to be part of our Youth Development Opportunity Programme.

Successful candidates will support one of the schools in Ratanda through our After School Support Programme.

Duration
- 6 Months

Stipend
A monthly stipend will be provided.

Minimum Requirements
- Matric certificate
- Interest in sports, arts and culture
- Ability to assist primary school learners with homework and after-school activities

Preference Will Be Given To
- Post-matriculants
- Youth who previously participated in the Motsha Teens Programmes

- Motivational Letter (including a Motsha Session that stood out for you and who it was facilitated by. Tell us how it has shaped you)
