Thank you Richard and Isabel for making and serving delicious homemade pancakes. Every plate was full, every smile was big, and everyone really enjoyed themselves.

It’s the warmth, the time, and the love you bring that makes these moments so special for our grannies and grandpas. You didn’t just serve pancakes — you served joy, dignity, and care.

Every day our residents get up and do their exercises together — stretching, moving, laughing, and encouraging each other.

We’re not just keeping them busy. We’re keeping them fit, strong, and healthy, one gentle movement at a time. Strong bodies mean more independence, better balance, and brighter moods.

You can see the pride on their faces when they finish. Our kings and queens know that staying active is staying young at heart.

Kings & Queens of Wings, Randfontein! 👑❤️*

Today our frail care residents became royalty. They had so much fun making their very own crowns — glitter, color, and big smiles all around!

Every crown was unique, just like the kings and queens who wore them. It was a day full of laughter, creativity, and pride.

And devotions went so well 🙏 Our residents really took part and gave their input. Their wisdom, their prayers, their voices… that’s what makes Wings feel like home.

Thank you to our caregivers and volunteers for creating moments where our elders feel honored, heard, and celebrated.

Creative Caterpillars at Wings Frail Care! 🐛🎨
Today our frail care residents at Wings Elderly Care Centre had an arts & crafts day — and they made their own caterpillars!

Painting, sticking, giggling, and showing off each colorful creation… they really enjoyed themselves. It was wonderful watching their hands stay active and their imaginations come to life.

Every caterpillar is different, just like every resident — full of character, stories, and color.
