Leadership Development

At Game Changers we recognize Leader Development, which focuses on the development of the leader, such as the personal attributes desired in a leader, desired ways of behaving, ways of thinking or feeling. We also recognize Leadership Development, which focuses on the development of leadership as a process. This will include the interpersonal relationships, social influence process, and the team dynamics between the leader and his/her team at the dyad level, the contextual factors surrounding the team such as the perception of the organizational climate and the social network linkages between the team and other groups in the organization.

Personal Development

Personal Development includes activities that improve awareness and identity, develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability, enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. The concept is not limited to self-help but includes formal and informal activities for developing others, in roles such as teacher, guide, counsellor, manager, coach or mentor.
Recognizing that every organisation, society or country has its building blocks as human beings, at Game Changers we believe that transformation at the personal level impacts on the broader picture. Accordingly, we have invested time in developing approaches and methods that bring out the true and full potential of these important individual building blocks.

African Transformation

The African Story is one that badly needs transformation. But for a few countries, Africa is generally associated with political turmoil, ethnic cleansing, economic failures, disease, environmental degradation, famines, mismanagement, corruption, poor governance, civil wars, illiteracy and a host of other challenges despite being the richest continent on earth in terms of natural resources.

Responding to the need to positively contribute towards the African Transformation Agenda, we at Game Changers have adopted a holistic approach that targets transformational and developmental thinking at the spiritual, intellectual and practical levels as a precursor to the greater African Transformation.

Entrepreneurial Development

The role of Entrepreneurship in Economic Empowerment is of utmost importance yet is not fully understood both at the intellectual, strategic and ex*****on levels in Africa. Game Changers seeks to explore the strategic necessities for Africa’s economic progress and development. We do so by revisiting and possibly redefining Africa’s economic development strategy with a view to formulating an overarching strategy that is more inclusive, enduring, sustainable and capable of creating wealth and improving the living standards of Africans both in the absolute and relative poverty stages as per the UN guidelines.

At Game Changers we believe that African nations will achieve true and sustainable economic transformation by laying foundations based on grassroots economic empowerment and entrepreneurship.
