When we think about the challenges of growing older, physical health is often the first thing that comes to mind. But if you ask those who have walked a long path, they will often tell you that the hardest part of aging isn't always illness, it’s the transitions.
It’s the quiet shift of watching the world change pace around you, seeing familiar neighborhoods evolve, and navigating the bittersweet reality of outliving peers or changing roles within a family. It’s the deep longing to be seen not just for the years on the outside, but for the vibrant, experienced individual who still resides completely on the inside.
Aging brings incredible resilience, but it also requires immense grace as we adapt to a changing world.
