Happy Heritage Day, South Africa. 🇿🇦

Heritage gives her roots. Opportunity gives her reach.

The EmpowaHer Leadership Programme 2026 is ensuring that the next generation of women inherits more than our stories. She must also inherit access to the rooms, resources, networks and opportunities that will enable her to lead.

200 Women. 200 Organisations. 9 Leadership Tracks. 3 Transformative Days.

From 29 to 31 October, emerging women leaders aged 18–35 will gain access to capability, careers, capital, markets, mentorship, executive networks and board opportunities.

Because preserving heritage is only the beginning. The next move is empowering her to build on it.

Nominate an emerging woman leader today. It is free to nominate and free for selected nominees to participate.

📍HER NEXT MOVE COULD BEGIN WITH YOURS.

You have seen her take initiative, solve difficult problems and bring others with her. Your nomination could help that potential go further.

EmpowaHer™ | invites organisations and industry leaders to nominate high-potential women aged 18–35 for the EmpowaHer Leadership Programme 2026.

Across business, government, entrepreneurship and civil society, we are calling on those who recognise emerging talent to take an active role in developing it.

Think of the young woman whose contribution deserves greater visibility. The colleague ready for more responsibility. The entrepreneur building something worth backing.
