1) 'Grai': Term is reference to Middle English spelling of the word 'grey', which literally means 'colour without colour'.
2) 'Non fui, fui, non sum, non curo': Reference to an Epicurus quote which directly translates to; 'I was not, I was, I am not, I do not care'. This quote is frequently inscribed on humanists' grave stones, and underlines Epicurus famous philosophy of: ""Death is nothing to us." When we exist, death is not; and when death exists, we are not. All sensation and consciousness ends with death and therefore in death there is neither pleasure nor pain. The fear of death arises from the belief that in death, there is awareness."
