Meaningful conversations. Real awareness. Time well spent with people who matter.

What an insightful morning attending the Alzheimer's South Africa seminar with my mother-in-law — learning more about dementia care, end-of-life planning, and the importance of supporting caregivers and families through every season of life.

These are conversations that are often avoided, yet they are some of the most important conversations communities can have. Awareness creates understanding, and understanding creates compassion.

Grateful for opportunities to be part of initiatives that educate, support, and empower families navigating difficult journeys with dignity and care.
