Today, we spent some special time creating beautiful memories and enjoying meaningful activities with our wonderful residents living with Alzheimer’s and dementia. ❤️

Sometimes, we may not fully understand the world as they experience it, but when we slow down, take their hand, listen to their stories, share a smile, and join them in their moment, we begin to see the world a little differently too. 🌷

For a moment, let us put ourselves in their shoes…
To see the world through their eyes.
To remember that behind every confused moment is a person with a lifetime of memories, love, experiences and stories.
A person who deserves patience, dignity, kindness and, most of all, to feel loved. ❤️
