Helping Families, Orphans, Old Age Homes and Widows

Many families cannot even feed themselves, children do not have winter coats. There are hundreds of thousands of people in squatter camps that lack even the basic necessities. R**e Victim Assistance

The South African Police Force estimates that every 27 seconds someone is r***d in South Africa. Independent investigations have this number closer

to every 4 seconds. Many of these rapes include horrific disfigurement and mutilation of the victim. Women seldom get counseling assistance and services from governmental sources are virtually non-existent. You can help these people. Money may not be able to buy happiness, but it can feed and clothe a broken family. Even a small donation will make a real difference in someone’s life. Physical goods are also in high demand. Clothing, coats, blankets, and food are all needed. Please consider sending unneeded items to those who do.

Our generator broke down and is unfixable. We are a community of around 25 residents and we are completely reliant on our borehole and a generator to pump our water because we do not have municipal water. We are in very big trouble if we cannot pump water. We are desperately looking for assistance to buy a new generator. Please contact Leigh on 0727388101. Today marks 4 years since I have started my journey with the SAFRP after a serious stroke and incorrect decisions taken from a senseless life to recovery to meaningful, healthy means and ways of living.
These 1460 absolute sober days at this place happened without any judgement where I was only loved and accepted for what I am with support and believe in me. With taken accountability and responsibility of my life I was granted the opportunity to coach others in recovery and those with problems, acting as spiritual Lead in bringing Hope and God’ remembering of us all.
I was granted the opportunity to have found my Saviour commencing a living and meaningful relationship with Him spreading the Gospel and His daily Grace in my life. This place brought me to my purpose in Life and God’ plan for me in it.
The past year (since Apr’25) I have started my own “teVREDE Pet and Home sitting” business with a current booking rate of 90% for the time and many teVREDE, happy customers who make use of my services over and over becoming friends of mine. I am however still resident to the SAFRP committed to donations and each of the inhabitants of this project appreciating all who has crossed my journey.
My blessings were extended and amplified by the birth of my first Grandson, Jordaan during January’26 upon the continued success and blessings of my business initiative.
My sincere thanks and appreciation to Leigh and Marius du Preez of the SAFRP for your guidance and support, for providing me with a stable and the best platform in becoming the best version of myself I ever have been for everybody around me in serving my Saviour. You have became my family and part of my life.

Thank you to all who chose to stay in my life (family, friends, new friends) making it purposeful.

Thank you and recognition to God for ultimately supporting me and second chances in Life.

We would like to extend a massive thank you to one of our past residents Leon Spamer and his friends that came out yesterday and spoiled everyone with with boerewors rolls, cupcakes and much needed food donations. What an absolute blessing that someone we assisted in the past came to give back. Leon is a success today and we are so incredibly proud of him. This is what love truly is about. It is a testament of our work and that people don't just move on but that we end up being family. All the Glory to God. Thank you Leon we are so proud of your success.
