esults or consequences from our choices have made us who we are. In thinking, we believe that life is too precious to be left to change. Hence we advocate careful planning using all the powers of our mind or thinking ability. We believe that every thinkable idea can and must be accomplished. We say; every idea or thought, new or old is impregnated with the methods and processes for fulfillment. For us man’s responsibility is to dream or pick up ideas, ask the right question, make careful plans to choose right, then the materialization of that dream becomes his reward. In creating, we believe that only you can create the world you dream. We encourage people to dream big, focus on the dream and make it happen. We believe that man is the only creature, created to create. In accomplishing thought we believe that accomplishment brings fulfillment and pleasure. These together empower man to be man. We believe that work pays and hard work pays well. We encourage people to work their dreams into fulfillment. As Dr. Robert Schuller says “Execute a dream, don’t kill it”. In conclusion we believe that in choosing we think, in thinking we create and in creating we accomplish thought. To do this we have three main areas. EduNeeds Program:- Educational Sponsorship
EduNeed program is the first and primary arm of AI. This arm focuses on adopting, educating and sponsoring young people from stage 4 through the rest of their educational experience. This program is in phases,
Visiting deprived areas to adopt young pupils. The adoption would involve all stakeholders including:-
a) Parents
b) All Educationist
c) Local Authorities
d) Assess the financial status of the families involved in the adoption, to ascertain the need for sponsorship. Assessment would be done through; home, school and office visits. Conclude the adoption process by signing the necessary document of adoption. ParaDrive Program: Leadership and Creativity Training
ParaDrive program is the second arm of PAI. PAI’s focuses here on educating, training and inculcating the spirit of leadership; that is the ‘Am able’:-I can’ spirit into people from all walks of life. This program is in two parts. a) Make the educate illiterates, literates
b) Equipping both educated, semi educated and uneducated with vision, employable skill and the ability to create personal, national and international wealth and success. ComDev: Community Development. ComDev prrogram is the third arm of PAI. The focus is community development based on enhancing and improving the standard of education in a community. IAFE Troops: Impact Assessment and Feedback Evaluation
IAFE troops; is PAI’s backbone. Here, all PAI’s activities are carefully collected and assessed. Successes are collaborated, reports are written and sent to partners; interest organizations, sponsors etc. these are to be done in phases:-
Collecting data on PAI’s activities; through filming, snap-shots, written document people views and assessment of our activities in their communities. Assessing and Analysing the data accumulated through discussions and critical assessment.
