Pledge a Pad Archives We provide young women and girls living in disadvantaged areas with sanitary pads, menstrual cycle education and help build their self image.

We seek to raise awareness concerning the menstrual cycle and other sexual and reproductive health aspects affecting women. We seek to dispel the perceptions of menstruation as a dirty and inhuman phenomenon and encourage young girls and women especially to see it as a natural and beautiful phenomenon that God gave to mark the female transition from childhood to womanhood. We also educate ( with t

he help of medical students who accompany us when delivering the pads to the homes) women and girls about hygiene when it comes to their menstrual cycles and reproductive health needs.
