Success Story | Tshwanelo Motaung

After completing her Point of Sale (POS) training at GetOn Skills Development Centre, Tshwanelo joined the JumpStart programme, which led to a seasonal position at Mr Price, Vaal Mall.

When her contract ended, she stayed hopeful and continued believing in her abilities.

Her persistence paid off when Mr Price Sport, Vaal Mall, called her back this time offering her a permanent position as a Team Leader!

Tshwanelo’s journey reminds us that every opportunity is a stepping stone to something greater.

We are proud to see our learners turn skills into real career opportunities!
