🧠 Tips 🧠 Always use your voice in the workplace to lookout for yourself when you feel overwhelmed or overworked.

Managers can sometimes get too caught up in managing a project, but that doesn't always mean they do not care about your wellbeing. It is part of your responsibility to keep your manager updated about your day to day challenges. In IsiZulu we say, "Ingane ingakhali, ifela embelekweni". If you do not voice your concerns and challenges (always do so in a professional manner), and ask for help, your problems will indeed affect your productivity and the quality of the work you deliver.

Managers are not always the enemy. Take care of yourself and be your own superhero especially when it comes to anything that impacts your mental health in the workplace.
