Women’s Day at a Paediatric Oncology Ward was celebrated with the most beautiful delicious cake by Miss Cake GODDESS CAFE. The healthcare workers, parents and patients loved the arrival of this beautifully decorated cake and we all had fun taking turns to pose with it and enjoyed eating it together. It was perfect for the cold weather together with some hot chocolate! Miss Cake - thank YOU. Your cake was appreciated and in every bite we could taste the love poured into it! 💛

This Women's Day, we honour the incredible women who make a difference every single day. 💐💐

We want to thank the mothers, healthcare workers, caregivers and volunteers for the compassion, strength and hope they bring to children and families facing cancer.

Wrapping up our Mandela Week with another highlighted visit to a paediatric oncology ward. We spent the morning coloring outside, serving warm soup and fresh bread rolls. All the patients received a wonderful Winter Pack filled with a beanie, blanket and plenty of goodies to play with and to keep them busy while they take time to rest and fight their toughest battle.
