πŸŒˆπŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ BUILT AFRICA HTS TEAM AT THE YOUTH FOR HEALTH 5KM COLOUR WALK! πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸŒˆ

On 16 June, the Built Africa HTS Team proudly participated in the Youth for Health 5KM Colour Walk at the Mamelodi Central Sports Ground, where we provided FREE HIV Testing Services (HTS) to community members and young people.

As we commemorated Youth Day, we encouraged participants to take charge of their health by knowing their status and making informed decisions about their well-being. Through awareness, education, and testing, we continue to promote healthier communities and empower our youth to build brighter futures.

We would like to thank all participants, organizers, and community members who visited our testing station and supported this important initiative. Together, we can break the stigma, promote prevention, and create a healthier South Africa.

Know Your Status. Protect Your Future. Stay Healthy.

YOUTH DAY 2026 – REMEMBERING THE PAST, SHAPING THE FUTURE πŸ‡ΏπŸ‡¦

Today, Built Africa proudly commemorates Youth Day, a day that honours the courage, resilience, and sacrifice of the young people of 16 June 1976 who stood up for their right to quality education and a better future.

As we remember the brave youth of Soweto, we are reminded that their struggle paved the way for opportunities that many young South Africans benefit from today. Their legacy continues to inspire us to empower young people through education, skills development, employment opportunities, and community upliftment.

πŸŽ₯ In the video clips shared today, our beneficiaries reflect on what 16 June means to them. Their heartfelt messages remind us that Youth Day is not only about remembering history but also about investing in the leaders, innovators, and change-makers of tomorrow.

At Built Africa, we remain committed to equipping youth with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to build brighter futures for themselves and their communities.

✨ Let us honour the past by empowering the future.

We wish all participants success as they embark on this learning journey and look forward to celebrating their achievements upon completion.
