The improvement of the Community Development Co-operatives Constitution cluster Centre programmes, as well as to conduct research and provide information relevant to the primary and secondary Co-ops programmes, and also contributing to the socio economic transformation of society at large. The eradication

of poverty and unemployment, as well as contributing to the promotions and formations of the Community Development Co-operatives Constitution Cluster Centre nationwide, and also facilitating member Co-operatives participation in co-operatives development programmes, in order to create jobs and projects.
