In support of Youth Day,IPA Garden Route, in partnership with the SAPS Women’s Network, conducted a toiletries outreach project at Waboomskraal Primary School.

Waboomskraal Primary School is a farm school situated within the Waboomskraal farming community and serves 65 learners from the surrounding area.

IPA Garden Route donated toiletries to the value of R1 800, ensuring that each learner received a care package. Erica van Eck prepared the packaging and designed the stickers used on the individual packages, adding a personal touch to the initiative.

The learners thoroughly enjoyed the morning and were delighted to receive their toiletries packages. The outreach was warmly received by the school and contributed to making a positive difference in the lives of the children.

IPA Garden Route remains committed to supporting and uplifting communities through meaningful projects and partnerships.

Youth Day – 16 June 2026 🇿🇦

Today, we honour the courage of the young people of 1976, whose bravery in Soweto ignited a movement for freedom and justice. Their sacrifice reminds us that the voice of youth is powerful and essential in shaping our nation’s future.

👉 Let us celebrate the energy, creativity, and resilience of South Africa’s youth – the leaders of tomorrow.

💙💛 Supporting Forensic Social Workers

IPA South Africa is proud to back our National Chairperson for Socio-Welfare & Wellness in a project that strengthens care for children who have faced trauma.

✨ We are sponsoring 10 backpacks to support the SAPS Forensic Social Workers with tools that help children express themselves and begin their healing journey. Each bag includes crayons, colouring books, clay, and a mini chalkboard.

🇿🇦 These backpacks will be donated to Forensic Social Workers in SAPS FCS Units, specialised professionals who support investigators and courts in cases of child abuse, gender‑based violence, and domestic crimes.

🌟 How you can help:
Sponsor a full backpack for R500, or donate individual items such as crayons, clay, or colouring books. Every contribution makes a difference.

📞 Send a WhatsApp or email to [email protected] for more information.

Together, we protect, support, and heal.
