It is the Programme of love and care for your fellow mankind today for the better of tomorrow. Young Leaders- Young Developers- Young Creative Minds and the Ideas of change, shall give the world a new look in to our Communities Life, through the help of our Youth. At SKY Foundation we found out that, Young People must be Trained and Motivated at an early stage. We believe that if we give them the responsibility of Life, by teaching them how to feel and care for others and how to use their thinking capability to create and form Strategies- Programmes and Projects, which shall give Young People and Community in large Freedom of Exchange Programme with other Communities. Without Boarders and Restriction for the Young People to get a chance to combat crime and other Issues which rise within their Communities, by creating new Ideas, Visions and Concepts of better Development of Life, for our Communities and the Country. The Y-C-D ‘’Young Community Developer’’ was introduced during 21st Anniversary of SKY Foundation, July\01\2008 at Kliptown SKY Youth Multipurpose Centre. Through the research of our C-T-Y-M "Creative Team of Young Minds’’ task team and partnership with T-A-Y-M ‘’Tshimologo in Africa Youth Movement from
Welkom, together with other Youth Groups and Clubs from Mafikeng (NW)-Durban
(KZN) and Soshanguve (Tshwane)
We managed to come to an agreement, to expand the Y-C-D Programme to their Communities, through creating and launching YCD Federation Branch's.
