From pitching innovative product concepts to showcasing their creativity and technical expertise, students impressed judges and attendees alike with their passion for shaping the future of food. The energy in the room was infectious, the competition was fierce, and the ideas were truly inspiring!
The 09 October 2026 showcase was more than a competition. It was a celebration of collaboration, innovation, learning, and the incredible potential of South Africa's future food scientists and technologists.
