Introducing SAAHIP’s National Executive Committee ✨

On the 14th of March 2026, the South African Association of Hospital and Institutional Pharmacists held their 69th Annual General Meeting and a new Presidential Committee (PRESCO) was elected:

SAAHIP President: Dr Seshnee Moodley
SAAHIP Vice President: Mr Vusi Dlamini
National Secretary: Ms Robyn Wates
National Treasurer: Mr Bandela Mgoqi
Immediate Past President: Mr Nhlanhla Mafarafara

We would like to extend our immense gratitude to our outgoing Secretary, Ms Carrie de Beer; and Treasurer, Ms Nomfundo Zwane for the excellent job you ladies have done throughout your respective terms. Thank you for your time, energy and service to SAAHIP 💐

Branches held their own AGMs at the end of 2025/beginning of 2026 and some new Branch Chairs have been elected 🤩 we welcome them to the NEC and wish them all the best for their terms.

To all our SAAHIP members, these are your leaders; a group of pharmacists who are dedicated to advancing the vision and mission of the Association, and to support and promote the interests of pharmacists and pharmacy personnel.

We look forward to what this team will achieve during their term 🤩
