To identify and equip Eagle Leaders to evolve into Principled Leaders and to be effective National and Global Change Makers by:

ntoring learners and students in schools, tertiary institutions and leadership camps; - -
- Mentoring youth political, community and religious leaders to be patriotic Change Makers; - Empowering women, thereby strengthening families and transforming communities;
- Training communities of leaders in retreat settings and in their organizational environments;
- Coach organizational leaders and provide training for their leadership teams.
- Teaching courses in academic and conference settings;
- Using media platform (radio, television, social networks etc.) to equip and inspire;
- Online Store: sharing books, articles and other empowerment resources. Eagle Leadership house the following departments/ministries: Eagle Teens, Eagle Campus Leaders, Eagle Women, Eagle Men, Eagle Families. I AM IN Charity Drive is our social responsibility wing.
