🗣️ Strengthening whistleblower protection requires more than policy. It requires accountability, coordination, and ethical organisational cultures.

Jovita Matos Fazenda recently spoke at the Democracy Works Foundation seminar on strengthening South Africa’s whistleblowing ecosystem, held in Johannesburg in partnership with The Whistleblower House.

The seminar explored the gap between disclosure and accountability, and the practical changes needed to improve whistleblower protection and response across sectors.
