Cultivate: Youth Based Development Cultivate seeks to bring about interactive programmes to learners that will enhance skills that they can
transfer to their communities.

Cultivate is an initiative aimed at school based leaners in high school. It is inspired by the
acknowledgement that institutions of higher learning do not have policies, programs and sufficient
additional support to facilitate the inclusion of learners from disadvantaged backgrounds into these critical
and structurally competitive spaces.
