What a beautiful day of celebrating the incredible women of SAVF Huis Silversig!
Our Women’s Day celebration for all our female Residents and Staff was filled with love, laughter, friendship and plenty of beautiful little touches that made the day extra special.
From the gorgeous floral tables and personalised menus, to the delicious finger lunch, thanks to Chef Vincent from SAVF Susan Strijdom Home.
A very special THANK YOU to everyone who played a part in making this celebration such a wonderful success. To our dedicated staff who helped with the planning, preparation, decorating, serving and making sure our ladies felt truly appreciated — we could not have done it without you💐❣️

📢 SAVF Silversig is looking for two Auxiliary Nurses (Elderly Care).

If you have a passion for caring for elderly and disabled individuals and want to make a real difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.

✅ Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12• SAPS clearance
• Registration as an Auxiliary Nurse with SANC
• Indemnity cover
• Language abilities in Afrikaans and English
• Knowledge of elderly and disabled care
• Ability to work effectively in a team

📝 Duties include:
• Caring for elderly and disabled residents
• Working shifts as required
• Taking initiative and leading when necessary
• Maintaining hygiene standards in the wards
• Performing general nursing duties

📍 Location: SAVF Silversig, Silverton, Gauteng
💰 Salary: According to SAVF salary scales
