Today Mrs Supranational SA Finalist 2026 - Top 25 - Bianca Horring and her heart warrior Leah and her biggest supporter, her twin Mila, delivered teddy bears to the CTICU at Netcare Sunninghill Hospital. It was such an honour for Little Hearts Initiative to collaborate on this project. Unfortunately Mari De Jongh could not go with due to illness 🤒. Thank you Bianca Enslin Horring for starting this initiative and involving us 🥰

Today we officially launch our newest project, proudly in collaboration with Mrs Supranational Finalist .horring.

The Teddy Bear Project is Bianca's pageant charity project - collecting new Teddies to be distributed to CTICU patient in April.

Bianca is no stranger to CHD. Leah, one of her twin girls were born with 4 different defects and were operated on at 4 months old, becoming a graduate of Sunninghill CTICU. Today she is a beautiful 5 year old! However, this little girl has a superhero sister, Mila, being her fiercest supporter in the good times and the gentlest nurse in bad! Bianca is 100% committed to the cause, because she has been living this life for 6 years.
