Hello everyone.

I would love to announce another successful V.O.I.C.E's workshop. The fifth so far.

As always I can say that jolting healers awake with the unintended impact of their actions after perfoming their rituals.

With the Endangered Wildlife Trust and Nature Speaks teams able to work even more efficiently than before, we were able to make the voices of healers truly heard. Leading to a far more visible impact that healers can show through their actions, reactions, and words.

As always I give a thousand thanks to all the healers for taking time out of theiir practice to come and listen to our message about being more conscience about what they leave behind for not only their spirit but the long term health of the environment as well.

Thank you as well, dear readers. With the support of the healers and you all spreading the message then we might save all our planet faster than you may think.

Till next time.

Welcome everyone.

We at Nature Speaks and Respond, working alongside Endangered Wildlife Trust, are happy to announce another sucessful VOICES project.

Hosted in Pietersburg within the vintage and old school venue of The Pietersburg Club.

With another immaculate combination of amazing full attendance and stellar engagements, I cam freely say that this was a fruitful and enriching experience.

With the similar and new ideas coming from the floor, we are well aimed towards the path of making the laws and perception of healers change for the good.

I would like to thank all who attended and I wish you all an amazing weekend. I will see you all next time when VOICES heads to North West.

The time has come, again. So I'll write out the closing words for the 17th Citizen Science Workshop.

Starting with the result for the clear part of the river read as poor, but, with better checks along the rivers length we now know that it is in very poor to critical condtion, and that fact is a sign that just because a pocket looks fine doesn't mean the overall health isn't critical.
In lighter news though, I can say that the healers are motivated. Many already ready to take the initiative to step up and advocate and protect their water based workspace.

I would like to genuinely thank South African National Parks for their sponsoring of this workshop. Then I would like to thank all the healers that came and returned for the second day.

With that I would like to say. Good morning. Good evening. Good night. To all the people reading, till next time.

It's been a little while but heres the second last update of this workshop.

Having finished going to the river I can say without hesitation that just because a river looks clear the water can still be dirty.

From amabhayi to still lit candles, and that were down river where it was clear. Up river there was disgusting, as expected of all township rivers, sewage.

I truly do want this to serve as a reminder that just because you can't smell or see the pollution doesn't mean it isn't there and affecting you.

So I will leave it there as we do our test and then see the true reflection of the river. See you in a bit.

We are back, after a good rest we are ready to update what happened yesterday and a little of the morning.

The healers were all introduced to Inaturalist, then began the practical where they went off and saw their own use cases.

As for the morning then it was even more showing the use of Inaturalist, as we had many guest visits from creatures of the river.

Which leads me to thanking the very special Locust, Big Crab, and last but not least Little Crab.

And I'll leave it on that adorable note. Thank you all and update you in a bit.

Hello everyone, we are back for our 17th Citizen Science Workshop. Sponsored by the South African National Parks, hosted in the lovely local township of Orange Farm, with the venue being Sekgome Resort.

With a proper jump and start we're already speeding towards getting the foundations of our message across. With myself taking the bright sun as a sign of how this workshop will progress.

With the beginning underway I'll be returning to the rest and preparing to update you all soon.

The time has come again. The sun has set, the day is done, and another successful Citizen Science Awareness Workshop has been completed.

Now that I've had time to reflect and put my thoughts together I can once again say that this was a workshop I will remember. From the healers that show signs of greatness to the Hennops River that made me flinch.

We at Nature Speaks and Responds would like to give our greatest thanks once again for our host, the Atteridgeville Community Center for allowing us to use their space, along with the healers that came.

We hope the next time we are allowed to return to the Township of Atteridgeville in Tshwane, we can see their river changed for the better with healers at the forefront of that change.

Now I need to say good morning, evening and good night to you all. I will write to you again very soon. Bye-bye for now!
