WE HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT FOR YOU!!! 📢🚨We have a BIG announcement for you! 🚨🎊 The South African Institute of Agricultural Engineers, (SAIAE) is proud to invite interested parties to its International Symposium. This year’s edition will be in partnership with The Pan African Society for Agricultural Engineering, (PASAE), the collaboration coincides with SAIAE’s 60-Anniversary, which will ensure a milestone Conference. 🌍

The SAIAE and PASAE International event will be PASAE’s 6th International Conference, following on from five successful previous Conferences, with the most recent one taking place in Nairobi, Kenya in December 2023.

The International event will take place from 13 -15 November 2024 at the Houw Hoek Hotel, in the scenic Western Cape province of South Africa. ✨

These videos aim to raise public awareness of Agricultural Engineering as an industry and career path in Africa. The videos will be showcasing the might of Agricultural Engineering by focusing on 12 different aspects of Agricultural Engineering, so please stay tuned and witness the greatness and potential Agricultural Engineering within the African continent!

We have exciting news for you! 📢🎊📢🎊The PASAE would like to share with you a YouTube video which alludes to some of the remarkable milestones in the incredible journey of Professor Umezuruike Linus Opara. 🥇

The video touches on Professor Opara’s role in the Department of Horticultural Science at Stellenbosch University (SU) and his ascension to being Chair of the South African Research Chairs Initiative (SARChI), which aims to strengthen and improve the research and innovation capacity of public universities in South Africa for producing high-quality postgraduate students as well as research and innovation outputs. The video further alludes to Professor Opara’s achievement of being a “Highly Cited Researcher” and his immense research contributions in the pomegranate industry.

Attention All! 📢 We have a special video to share with you! It is a video on TEK Mechanical Cassava Harvester Innovation. It involves the following:
